I would strongly recommend this community!The townhouses are comfortable and well taken care of. The property looks great and is very comfortable for walking our dogs. But the true asset here is Stephanie in the office. She is incredibly kind, welcoming and great to talk to. We felt well taken care as we moved in and see a continued level of care from Stephanie and Kaleb. We love having a public pool close and a great view of sunsets.

We've lived here about 2 months. It's very nice, not cheap but very nice. The office staff has been helpful and accommodating and the repair people were good too. Nothing major but they wanted to make sure I was happy. Sound insulation between units is extra good. We almost never hear the families or did next door on either side. This is a perfect temporary home for us.

Overall, The Ranches is a decent place to live. Houses are in good shape and the grounds are well maintained. The management company does love to charge fees for pretty much everything though. However, I am mainly writing this review to rave about Stephanie, the property manager! I had a difficult roommate situation and ended up having to move out. Stephanie made the whole process so much easier to deal with. She is the best thing about this complex.
