My family moved here from out of state, so Stephanie was the first to greet us in Utah! She is no exaggeration, simply the best property manager we have ever had. The two maintenance managers we knew during our time at The Ranches were exceptional as well. I don't say this lightly. My husband and I have been renters well over 10 times before living here, and this was by far our best experience renting. When we bought our house, our kids were so sad to move from The Ranches because of the community here. Great place. Live here if you can.

Absolutely love living here! Staying at these townhouses has been a fantastic experience from day one. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, making it a perfect place to come home to after a long day. It’s quiet, well-kept, and feels like a true community. The amenities offered here are also a huge plus. While the on-site gym is small, it’s very well-equipped and versatile — you can get a full workout in without needing to go elsewhere. One of the best features is the Guided Fitness program they offer. It’s a great way to stay motivated on your fitness journey, and I’ve had the chance to work with some truly fantastic trainers through it. I also have to mention the office staff — especially the property manager Stephanie. She’s incredibly helpful, always kind, and makes every interaction easy and pleasant. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents, which really makes a difference. All around, it’s been a great place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed community.

I would strongly recommend this community!The townhouses are comfortable and well taken care of. The property looks great and is very comfortable for walking our dogs. But the true asset here is Stephanie in the office. She is incredibly kind, welcoming and great to talk to. We felt well taken care as we moved in and see a continued level of care from Stephanie and Kaleb. We love having a public pool close and a great view of sunsets.

Amazing place to call home spacious rooms and great management staff stephanie made the move in and move out super easy. Not like most property managers she would communicate and answer any question and concern.
