The new management is great (old management was the absolute worst). We've lived here for 6 years and the grounds are well kept and the maintenance man is super helpful and works quickly. Good job to the new people running the Ranches!

We came across The Ranches a while ago and we instantly became obsessed with the thought of living here one day. When the time was right, we applied and fortunately were approved! From day one, Stephanie has been quick and eager to assist us with any questions or help we may have/need. The units are super spacious and well maintained. I must add that our pup loves the bark park and let’s not forget the fact that we have such a gorgeous view! From the mountains to the horses nearby and then of course, the sunrises and sunsets. We are just in absolute awe with our new home and neighborhood. Thank you for having us (:

This place feels like home. Safe, beautiful, the girl who runs it (Stephanie) is amazing. No hidden charges. We were only planning on staying here a year we are now going to stay much longer!

I have really loved living here, the gym is my favorite place to be and it’s always clean and taken care of. Stephanie is always here for us and willing to go above and beyond, and I enjoy the atmosphere.

Management and maintenance is amazing. Stephanie is always happy to answer any question and take care of any issue we have, which is a stark contrast to other places I have rented. There were a few small things broken when we moved in and they were fixed ASAP. Quiet place with friendly people.

Absolutely love living here! Staying at these townhouses has been a fantastic experience from day one. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, making it a perfect place to come home to after a long day. It’s quiet, well-kept, and feels like a true community. The amenities offered here are also a huge plus. While the on-site gym is small, it’s very well-equipped and versatile — you can get a full workout in without needing to go elsewhere. One of the best features is the Guided Fitness program they offer. It’s a great way to stay motivated on your fitness journey, and I’ve had the chance to work with some truly fantastic trainers through it. I also have to mention the office staff — especially the property manager Stephanie. She’s incredibly helpful, always kind, and makes every interaction easy and pleasant. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents, which really makes a difference. All around, it’s been a great place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed community.
