This place is a 5 out of 5!!!! The property manager Stephanie Johnson is very resourceful and always so kind. I can't think of one negative thing to say, only POSITIVE!!! Steph is AMAZING!!!!

I was not able to move into the Ranches due to timing and availability, but I did want to leave a review for Stephanie the property manager I spoke with. She was very responsive, detailed and by far the most helpful person I have spoken to in trying to move to a new area.

I should start this review and preface, I don't currently live at The Ranches, and likely never will. But I am leaving this review because I had such a positive experience with one of the property managers, Stephanie. I am relocating to Ogden from out of state, which is always a stressful endeavor. I met Stephanie, and even though The Ranches didn't end up having what I was looking for, Stephanie was very transparent about other properties she'd recommend in the area, what it's like living in Ogden, and I felt like my needs were priority, versus just trying to get another unit of hers filled. Even though I can't speak to what it's like living there, I can only assume that the level of excellent customer service I received likely extends to residents as well. In a frustrating apartment hunting seasons where so many properties are impossible to talk to someone on the phone and treat you almost like they don't even want your business, I received a much different experience when I visited this property.

I just recently moved into the Ranches and I am loving my new home! Thank you to their awesome team Stephanie and Kaleb for being to nice and welcoming to me and my family!

I would recommend the Ranches townhomes to all my family and friends we just moved in and Stephanie is amazing she made sure the move in process was as pain free and stress free as possible!! Not to mention how welcoming and friendly she was from the very beginning! We love our new home!!! Also a big thank you to Kaleb for making sure everything was working and top notch for move in!!! The Ranches are a 5 star community!
