Stephanie has been amazing we just moved in and she has helped us with everything and is super quick to respond and fix any of our issues. 10/10 would recommend moving in and living here. So far has been anazing

Stephanie is seriously the best, she told me all about the prices up front, she took her time to explain to me everything that they charge for and why they charge it. The Ranches look very well taken care of, very clean. I would definitely recommend this community for anyone who is looking for a new place to live, close to schools, parks, grocery stores and everything that North Ogden offers.

Me and my Husband live at the Ranches for 2 1/2 years very quite area very clean they take good care of there property and there Tenets never had any problems why we live there I would recommend the ranches townhome to anyone looking to rent kid friendly and pet friendly as well. Scarlet in management is awesome she will help you in anyway she can she loves all her residence she always make sure there taken care of she managed other property as well so if your looking for a place to rent ask for Scarlet she will be more then gladly to help you get in to a Comfortable place to call your home.

My experience with The Ranches has been very good overall. I've had two small problems that were addressed quickly. I'm sure I'll renew my lease. The grounds are well kept and it's quiet for the most part.

I just barley moved in, Carrie was my point of contact and she was awesome! Everything was organized and she worked with me on dates/times for everything. She was always available to talk to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend the ranches and working with Carrie.

From the minute we walked in to our TownHouse for a tour we new we had found our home! The leasing Office was wonderful to work with, both Carrie and Angela worked hard to make our move as smooth as possible. Its been 4 months and we couldn't be happier! We so appreciate Management and the effort they put into keeping the homes and the property in such beautiful condition.
