The Ranches Townhomes Reviews

We came across The Ranches a while ago and we instantly became obsessed with the thought of living here one day. When the time was right, we applied and fortunately were approved! From day one, Stephanie has been quick and eager to assist us with any questions or help we may have/need. The units are super spacious and well maintained. I must add that our pup loves the bark park and let’s not forget the fact that we have such a gorgeous view! From the mountains to the horses nearby and then of course, the sunrises and sunsets. We are just in absolute awe with our new home and neighborhood. Thank you for having us (:

The rental management and staff have been fantastic! Their friendly demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond make living here a pleasure. They consistently ensure everything runs smoothly, creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all residents. Highly recommended!

Stephanie is seriously the best, she told me all about the prices up front, she took her time to explain to me everything that they charge for and why they charge it. The Ranches look very well taken care of, very clean. I would definitely recommend this community for anyone who is looking for a new place to live, close to schools, parks, grocery stores and everything that North Ogden offers.

This place feels like home. Safe, beautiful, the girl who runs it (Stephanie) is amazing. No hidden charges. We were only planning on staying here a year we are now going to stay much longer!
